These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and the services provided by Vitalarista LLC ("Caballoria Graphics").

1. Services

Caballoria Graphics designs and builds websites, booking systems, webshops, sales platforms and related digital services for equine businesses. The specific scope of each project is agreed individually in writing.

2. Pricing & billing

Packages are billed monthly as stated on the website. Larger projects are quoted individually. Hosting, domain, SSL and basic SEO are included as described in the selected package.

3. Delivery

Standard packages are delivered within approximately one week once all required content and materials have been provided by the client.

4. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate content and for the legality of materials supplied to us for publication.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed rights to use the delivered website. Pre-existing tools, frameworks and components remain the property of Vitalarista LLC.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
