One system for emergencies, routine visits, and farm records.
"Colic doesn't book two weeks out — your website finally knows the difference."
the daily reality
The problems we end
Chaos in the calendar when minutes matter.
Multi-horse farms tracked across notebooks and phones.
Every call feels urgent — most aren’t.
You arrive without knowing horse, symptoms or history.
a day with your system
While you work, it works
Your phone buzzes before the coffee finishes: an overnight request through the emergency button, questionnaire already filled — gelding, no manure since evening, heart rate climbing. You're in the truck knowing exactly what you're driving into, not piecing it together on a bad-signal callback.
The broodmare barn booked one Farm visit instead of twelve phone calls, and the system sent the spring vaccine reminders weeks ago. You work down the aisle with every mare's history and due dates open in the client area — no clipboard archaeology in the truck cab.
From the kitchen table you sign off today's notes, and the suspensory recheck drops itself into your associate's calendar for week four. The owner reads the visit summary in her client area before you've finished dinner — no Sunday-night text asking what you said.

What Caballoria builds for you
what it does for you
Why it pays off
Routine, farm and emergency requests arrive pre-triaged — never mixed up again.
Automatic SMS/WhatsApp reminders for vaccinations, check-ups and follow-ups keep the year on schedule.
Health and vaccination history per horse, ready before you even arrive at the farm.
“I've watched vets take a colic call with one hand on a lead rope, trying to triage a panicked owner from a barn aisle. Your website shouldn't be one more thing to manage — it should be the dispatcher you never had: emergencies up front, routine visits in order, records findable at 2 AM. You take care of the horses; the system takes care of the line forming behind them.”

Questions equine veterinarians ask us
Will the emergency button replace my after-hours phone line?
No — it works alongside it. When a client can't reach you, they tap the always-visible emergency button and fill a short triage questionnaire: location, horse, symptoms, onset. You call back with the full picture instead of starting from "my horse is acting weird."
Can I require a deposit or pre-info before someone books a farm call?
Yes. Routine and Farm appointment types can require the pre-booking questionnaire plus a deposit or card on file, so a no-show at the end of a 40-minute haul doesn't cost you the morning. Emergencies skip all of that by design — speed first.
Can you import our existing clients and health records?
Yes. Send us exports from your practice software or plain spreadsheets, and we load clients, horses, vaccination due dates, and follow-ups into the client area during the build. You hand over your material, and your site goes live one week later.
What does it cost, and am I locked into a contract?
Website + Tool runs $50/month, all-inclusive: hosting, domain, SSL, basic SEO, cookie banner, and legal pages compliant for your market in the US, EU, or Mexico, in English, Spanish, or German. No long-term contract — cancel anytime. Multi-vet practices with bigger needs get an individual quote.
