How do deposits and no-shows actually work?
You set the rules. Clients pay a deposit or the full lesson price through Stripe at booking, and you choose the cancellation window — cancel inside it, and the deposit stays with you. A no-show is simply a booked slot the rider doesn't cancel in time, so it's no longer your loss.
My lesson packages live in a spreadsheet. Can you import them?
Yes. Send us your spreadsheet during onboarding and we load every client with their remaining credits, so balances are correct from day one. After that, riders check their own balance in the client portal instead of texting you about it.
What does $50/month include — and am I locked into a contract?
Everything: your website, online booking with prepayment, the client portal, hosting, domain, SSL, basic SEO, cookie banner, and legal pages. The only extra is Stripe's standard processing fee, and there's no long-term contract — you can cancel anytime.
How fast can I go live, and in which languages?
Your site goes live one week after you hand over your materials — photos, prices, lesson types. We build in English, Spanish, or German, useful if your barn teaches in two languages, and the legal pages are compliant for the US, Mexico, and Europe.
