Run your stable like the professional operation it is.
"Anyone can build you a pretty barn website — we build the system that runs the barn while you're in it."
the daily reality
The problems we end
Errors, delays and awkward payment conversations.
Client disputes over who reserved which slot.
Legally vulnerable with handshake agreements.
Missed feedings, missed tasks, no accountability.
a day with your system
While you work, it works
You're scooping morning grain when your new working student asks about the gelding on stall rest. You point her to the dashboard on the feed room tablet — his feeding plan, the vet's notes from Tuesday, and the owner's number are already there, exactly as you entered them once.
Your dressage trainer wanted the indoor at 2:00 — so did the visiting clinician. Nobody argued: the arena calendar flagged the conflict in real time, and she grabbed the 3:30 slot from her truck while you were still wrapping a hind leg.
It's the first, which used to mean a late night at the kitchen table with a spreadsheet. Instead, Stripe billed all twenty-two boarders this morning — board plus extra hay for the hard keepers — and you watch the payments land while the barn lights go off behind you.

What Caballoria builds for you
what it does for you
Why it pays off
Monthly boarding invoices send themselves — no errors, no awkward reminders, paid on time.
Real-time arena booking plus reminders keep boarders and staff aligned.
Daily checklists and feeding schedules mean nothing gets forgotten across shifts.
“Stable owners work harder than anyone I build for — you're throwing hay before sunrise and still chasing board payments at ten at night. I've seen too many great barns run on a binder of paper contracts and a group chat pretending to be a business system. Giving you those evenings back is honestly the best part of this job.”

Questions stables & riding schools ask us
How does the automatic monthly invoicing work for boarders?
We connect your boarding rates to Stripe, so board, extra hay, blanketing, and training add-ons go out automatically on the first of the month. You see who has paid at a glance, and reminders chase late payments so you don't have to. It works in USD, MXN, and EUR across the USA, Mexico, and Europe.
Can you import my existing boarders, horses, and paper contracts?
Yes — that's part of the build. Send us your spreadsheets, boarding agreements, and feeding plans, and we set up every horse profile and rate before launch. Boarders then re-sign digitally with a legally valid e-signature, so the paper binder finally retires.
What happens with lesson no-shows and double-booked arena slots?
The arena calendar updates in real time, so a slot can only be booked once — by a trainer, a boarder, or a lesson student. For lessons, you set the rules: require a card on file, take a deposit at booking, or define a cancellation window (say, 24 hours) after which the no-show fee charges automatically.
What does it cost, and how fast can we go live?
Website + Tool starts at $50/month all-inclusive — hosting, domain, SSL, basic SEO, cookie banner, and the legal pages your market requires. There's no long-term contract; you can cancel anytime. We write the content from your input, build in English, Spanish, or German, and you're live one week after you hand over your materials.
