How does the no-show deposit actually work?
Clients pay a small deposit when they book online. If they cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit stays with you — it covers your visit fee instead of vanishing with the booking. Cancel earlier, and it simply applies to the rebooked slot.
I'm under horses all day — who writes the website content?
We do. You send photos of your work and answer a short questionnaire, and Melissa's team writes the copy, builds the before-and-after gallery, and maps your work radius. Your site goes live one week after we have your material.
Can you import my existing clients and their horses?
Yes. Send us your client list in any format — spreadsheet, notes app, even photos of your appointment book — and we set up client and horse profiles with due dates, so reminders start working from day one.
What does it cost, and am I locked into a contract?
The Website + Tool plan is $50 per month, all-inclusive: hosting, domain, SSL, basic SEO, cookie banner, and legal pages compliant with your market, whether that's the US, Mexico, or Europe. We build in English, Spanish, or German — and you can cancel anytime, no long contracts.
